What if my package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time?

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if your product arrives damaged! If that happens, please take a photo of the item and email it to us at info@pribblepress.com as soon as possible. We’ll take care of it and send you a replacement within 48 hours of receiving your report.
Can I return my product for a refund?
Yes, absolutely! We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
